Nutrition coaches certified through Precision Nutrition with experience in Macronutrient-based nutrition coaching with an emphasis on deep health. Integrating building blocks of new and established daily habits with a goal of aesthetic and performance / deep health goals individualized to the client.

Maria has been a physical therapist since 2010 and a nutrition coach since 2018. She is the owner of Momentum since opening in 2018. She is the only certified neurologic dry needling provider in the Lima region. She has 13+ years of clinical experience in the acute and chronic pain relief, pre and post-partum pelvic rehabilitation, outpatient and sports-related injuries specialities as well as much more.
